Milan Adams is a catcher for the University of Rhode Island. In 2011, in 149 at-bats, Adams posted a .262 average. In 44 games, he had 39 hits, eight of which were extra bases (six doubles, one triple, and one home run).

Adams finished the 2010 season batting .285 with 47 hits, 26 RBIs and 23 runs scored.  He held a 10-game hitting streak over the season. In 2009, Adams appeared in 50 games with 48 starts as a freshman catcher and was named to the Atlantic 10 All-Rookie squad. He hit for a .288 average with 49 hits, 14 doubles, two home runs, and 21 RBIs.

In high school, Adams earned First-Team All-State and All-Division honors and helped lead his team to the state championship his senior year.
