• Made 2 appearances, both relief • Had no record with a 6.78 ERA, and no BB or K in 1.1 IP • Faced 5 batters in those 1.1 IP

As an Eau Claire Express (Summer 2010):

• Pitched 11.2 innings in 5 app, all relief • Struck out 11 • Eau Claire Express is part of the Northwoods League

As a Freshman (2010):

• Helped stabilize the back of the Husker bullpen, going 1-1 with a 4.22 ERA despite missing a majority of the season with an elbow injury • Turned in the best performance of his career, striking out four over 2.2 innings of one-hit relief for a win against Texas Tech on May 22 • Made his Husker debut against Wichita State on April 13, tossing a perfect inning of relief with a strikeout.

“Chris was an exceptional high school pitcher in Nebraska his senior year. He was the top pitcher on his high school state championship team. He was honored as captain of the All-State team. He has loads of talent and will be a big contributor here in the future.”
