An NECBL All-Star during his first season with the Waves in 2014, Rinn brings his powerful bat and defensive presence back to Old Mountain Field in 2015. In 33 games, Rinn hit .313 with two homers and 20 RBI. Rinn also posted a .364 average with two RBI in the NECBL Southern Division Semifinals against the Newport Gulls.

Alongside his success with the Waves, Rinn has been one of the major offensive weapons for the Bryant Bulldogs since his freshman season in 2013. As a junior in 2015, Rinn hit .332 with seven homers and 43 RBI in 49 games. In 53 games as a sophomore, Rinn was named First-Team All Northeast Conference (NEC) after he hit .302 with two homers and 36 RBI. Rinn’s sophomore successes were a result of a solid freshman campaign, in which he hit .292 with 26 RBI in 61 games.

Before shining at Bryant, Rinn starred on the diamond for both Moses Brown School (Rhode Island) and Worcester Academy (Massachusetts). Rinn was named First-Team All-State while setting many team records during his time with Moses Brown.
