Matt returns to the Blue Sox for a second summer in the NECBL.  Matt suffered a knee injury during this past fall which left him only to pitch at the end of the season at DIII Neumann University.  After 2 years at Burlington CC (NJ) Matt was a tough pitcher on the 2009 NECBL hitters allowing them just a .211 batting average against.  In 16 appearences and 23 innings Matt gave up only 20 hits and 5 earned runs.  Matt struck out 16 batters and allowed 5 walks.
