Ozuna appeared in 51 games for Triple A Lehigh Valley in 2009, collecting a .294 average, 25 runs, 55 hits, 15 RBI and swiped eight bags. As a member of Triple A Scranton in 2004, he recorded career-bests in average (.307), runs (77), hits (145), doubles (27), RBI (76) and stolen bases (31) in 126 games, also a career-high.

The Dominican Republic native begins his 13th season of professional baseball, which includes time spent in the major leagues with the Marlins, Rockies, White Sox and Dodgers. He also played for the Cardinals and Phillies organizations. The 34-year-olds last stop in the majors was with the Dodgers in 2008, where he batted .219 in 36 games played. The St. Louis Cardinals signed Ozuna as an undrafted free agent in 1996.
