Started playing when he was 7 years old (T-Ball). 

Played high school ball at Redlands East Valley for Angels Scout Steve Hernandez and played with Tommy Hanson who pitches for the Braves now. He was an outfielder and got his first hit off current major leaguer Ricky Nolasco. During his senior year, he hit .600 and put together a solid season. However they lost in the CIS quarterfinals and his high school career was over.

 Played college at Barstow College as an outfielder and a pitcher and was selected to the All-Conference team.

Transferred to North Dakota State during his junior year and played outfield and pitcher there as well. As a senior, Chris received a National Collegiate Player of the Week award as a Division I player.

 Played pro ball in Europe and Australia.

Manager:

During his last year playing for Desert Valley the owner called him up and asked him if he was interested in managing and Chris said yea. He started managing at 24 years old and won the Manager of the year award that year.

 Managed the Roswell Invaders in the Pecos League and became Manager of the year and won the championship as well. Then went to the White Sands Pup Fish the next year as their manager.

With the WhiteWings:

2013: In the first year the with the Wings' Chris says it was definitely a learning experience. He learned a lout about the league and the way the field is played in general. Also, he learned what it's going to take to win a championship at this level. 

2014: Chris was managing in the TWL and met the owners of the league. They took a liking to him and asked if he would be interested in managing with the WhiteWings. They were looking o start over and rebuild it and they felt he was a perfect fit to do that.
