Blair played nine games in 2013 with the Santa Fe Fuego in the Pecos League, hitting an impressive .345 (10 for 29). He then went 5 for 24 in the Texas Summer League, hit .227, but displayed enough skills to land with the United League’s Fort Worth Cats for two games. At Mid-Continent University (NAIA) this past season, Blair hit .295 with two home runs and 25 RBIs in 47 games. Also attended Northwest Mississippi Community College and South Panola High.
