Head Coach, Ryan Mansfield is entering his third summer with the Nevada Griffons and his second as Head Coach. Mansfield will work with the hitters, catchers and outfielders. He comes to the Griffons from Fort Scott Community college were he is in his fith year as assitant coach. His main duties at Fort Scott are working with hitters, catchers and outfielders. He also serves as the recruiting coordinator and field maintenance supervisor. Ryan is also an associate scout wit the Boston Red Sox.

Before coaching, Mansfield played one year at Brown Mackie College in Salina, Kansas before transferring to William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. Mansfield graduated with his degree in Pre-Law after being named Academic All-American and distinguished scholar.

Mansfield is a native of Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He is the son of Ed and Connie Mansfield. He is currently single and living in Fort Scott, Kansas.
