Cochcroft came out in the 2010 season as a strong dominant lefty for the USC Aiken Pacers.  Cochcroft started 10 games for his club, appearing in 13 games altogether, accumulating a 5-0 record.  In a total of 59 innings pitched, Cochcroft set down 33 batters on strikeouts and ended the season with a 4.12 ERA.  He proved to be valuable even when his opponent would reach base, leading his team in runners picked off with three.  Cochcroft will bring experience and his solid pickoff move to the Lightning in hopes of continuing his success on the mound.
