Hall transferred to East Tennessee State University from Lake Sumter Community College after his sophomore year.  At Lake Sumter, Hall was named to the Mid-Florida All-Conference Team, finishing his final season there with a 3.07 ERA and fanning 69 batters.  In high school, Hall was dominating with a 10-1 record and low ERA of 0.77, striking out 100 batters in his senior year.  Now a hurler for East Tennessee State University, Hall has thrown in three games this year and holds a 3.86 ERA.
