Jordan was a five-year letter winner on the baseball team at Lake Brantley.  He helped his team to the 8A state title as a senior, leading them to a 27-5 overall record.  He was a first team All-Conference selection as a senior and was named both the Seminole County and Orlando Sentinel Central Florida Player of the Year.  Academic success has followed Jordan as he was a National Honor Society member and received the Principal's Award for Academic Achievement.The versatility that Mitchell Jordan showed this season allowed him to make 21 appearances and start 8 games for Stetson University.  He accumulated 2 wins and even recorded a save for the Hatters this season.
