Rademacher enters his first season as an assistant coach for the Mallards. This past spring Rademacher worked as a volunteer assistant at Air Force University. Recently, Rademacher finished playing professionally with the Traverse City Beach Bums of the Frontier Independent League. There he helped anchor a pitching staff which was second in the league in ERA while throwing out potential base stealers at a 45% clip. Rademacher was a 2007 graduate of Coastal Carolina University. There he earned first-team all-Big South honors as a catcher as well as a second-team all-region selection during his senior year. Academically, Rademacher was an all-Big South Academic selection in both 2006 and 07. He also helped lead Coastal Carolina to their first regional host in school history in 2007 by hosting the Myrtle Beach, S.C., regional. Prior to Coastal, Rademacher spent three years, including a red-shirt year, at the University of Michigan. From 2003-06, Rademacher spent the summers in Alexandria, Minn., where he played for the Alexandria Beetles of the Northwood's Summer Collegiate League.
