Born April 2, 1990, Lowry is a second year player out of Norwich, CT.  Lowery ended up with a career record of 19-3 at St. Bernard High School, earning the New London Day Player of the Year award as well as CCHSCA All-State during his senior season when he was captain.  In his sophomore season, Lowery was the 2010 Ivy League Pitcher of the year, when he started 10 of the 11 games he appeared in, going 5-3, 4 complete games, and opponents batted a league low of .224 against him.
