Born on June 15, 1990, Healy is a second year player out of Needham, MA.  Healy attended Needham High School, where he earned three varsity letters, and named team Most Valuable Player as a senior, and a Bay State League first-team all-star.  As a freshman, Healy was a first-team all-Empire 8 player after recording a 3-0 record and five saves in 16 games out of the bullpen. This season, Healy recorded 2 wins and one loss, along with three saves in 30.2 innings pitched for the Ithaca Bombers.
