Foucault returns to the Ducks in 2014 for his 15th Atlantic League season and fourth with the Ducks. The former big league reliever guided the pitching staffs of the 2012 and 2013 Atlantic League champion Ducks and served on the coaching staff for three consecutive Liberty Division titles. His staffs with the Ducks have featured seven players who were signed by Major League organizations (Mike Loree, Pirates; Mike Parisi, Dodgers; Lenny DiNardo, Athletics; Jon Meloan, Yankees; Matt Way, Diamondbacks; Eric Niesen, Mariners/Red Sox and Dontrelle Willis, Angels).

As a player, Foucault spent parts of seven seasons in the big leagues with the Texas Rangers, Detroit Tigers and Kansas City Royals, compiling a 35-36 record with a 3.21 ERA and 52 saves in 277 games.

Foucault spent the 2007 and 2008 seasons with the Newark Bears and helped lead the Bears to a 2007 Atlantic League championship. The 64-year-old has also served as a pitching coach for the Lehigh Valley Black Diamonds (1998-2000) and Camden Riversharks (2001-2006). He spent the 2009 and 2010 seasons as the pitching coach with the Evansville Otters of the Frontier League. The Florida resident has also coached in the affiliated ranks with the Beloit Brewers, Gulf Coast Rangers, Charlotte Rangers and Hudson Valley Renegades.
