Willis is currently a Volunteer Assistant Softball Coach at the University of Texas in Austin, Texas.

She has two years of experience in the NPF: Chicago Bandits (2007) and Rockford Thunder (2009) where she reunited with former Longhorns teammate, Cat Osterman.  Osterman and Willis will continue their careers together with the Diamonds for the 2010 season.

At the University of Texas (2004-07), Willis was a four-year starter behind the plate and twice earned Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year.  Willis and Osterman led the longhorns to a Big 12 Conference title in 2006 and a Big 12 Tournament Championship in 2005.  The strong-armed catcher posted school records for fielding percentage (.994) and putouts (2028), and gunned down 59 would-be base stealers in her career.
