2011: Made his collegiate debut on February 20, 2011, going 1-1 as a pinch-hitter in the series finale at Western Kentucky...appeared in 29 games, starting 17 as a catcher and designated hitter...hit for an average of .200 in 70 plate appearances...slugged .286 as a freshman backstop...on the defensive side, he threw out 9/19 runners on the season.
