Nolan LaMere is in his first season with the Windy City ThunderBolts and third as a professional in 2025. He signed as a free agent on August 11, 2025. Nolan's pro career began in 2023 as a member of the Chicago Dogs in the American Associstion. He went on to pitch for three American Associstion teams, one in the Pioneer League and the New York Boulders of the Frontier League before joining the ThunderBolts. Overall, he went 4-1 over his first 86 career appearances, all out of the bullpen and posted a 7.11 ERA over 95 innings.

He attended George Mason University as a senior in 2024 and made 25 relief appearances, going 3-0 with a 4.50 ERA and 37 strikeouts in 34 innings. He previously pitched three years at Clarke University, where he appeared in 43 games. He posted a 1-1 cumulative record with a 5.51 ERA and three saves. In his final season with the Pride, he finished second on the team with 19 games pitched and struck out 31 batters in 26 innings. Nolan went to L'Anse Creuse High School in Harrison Township, Michigan, where he set the Michigan high school saves record with 15 as a senior.
