Ben Madison, a native of Benton, Arkansas, was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 9th round of the 2018 MLB Draft out of Central Baptist College. Madison played parts of five seasons with the Giants organization, reaching AA Richmond in 2023 and 2024. Primarily a reliever, he has appeared in 120 games out of the bullpen and nine as a starter. In 2024, he posted a 2-1 record with a 3.38 ERA at High A Eugene before moving to AA Richmond, where he had a 6.62 ERA in 34 innings. In 2023, Madison went 10-3 with a 3.47 ERA across High A and AA, striking out 105 in 70 innings.

Madison missed the 2021 season due to Tommy John surgery and did not pitch in 2020. In 2019, he split time between Salem-Keizer and Augusta, posting a combined 6-0 record with a 3.38 ERA. Madison began his professional career in the Arizona League in 2018. At Central Baptist College, he was a two-way player, earning First-team All-Conference honors and leading the team in strikeouts. Madison started his college career at Crowder College and was a multi-sport star at Bauxite High School in Arkansas.
