Ryan MacDougall made his way into 38 games for the Flyers during his freshman season, where he recorded six doubles, five homers, 25 RBI, 16 runs and 13 walks while hitting .281. MacDougall broke onto the scene early by going yard three times during the first two weekends of the season, including one in his third collegiate game against Lindenwood and two against No. 1 Wake Forest in February. 

Younger brother to Daniel, Ryan joined his brother with the Brockton Rox of the Futures League last summer, hitting .279 with five doubles, 14 RBI, and 10 runs scored. MacDougall was the Hockomock League MVP and an All-State honoree for Taunton High School, helping the Tigers to three state championships in four varsity seasons.
