The Hopkinton, Massachusetts native is entering his first season with the River Rats. He has spent the past two seasons on the Rollins College baseball team. Shamus was a top-40 player out of the state of Massachusetts in the class of 2021 according to Perfect Game. He is also a Eagle Scout, and played hockey as well in high school.
