2022 is Dean’s third season on the Westerners staff. Last season, he was the team’s pitching coach. In 2019, he was a part-time assistant, helping when he could, which is a role he will be returning to this season.

He is a health teacher at Immaculate High School in Danbury and the Head Baseball Coach of the Mustangs. Dean played collegiately at Post University.
