Denton Coquyt plays his college baseball at Trevecca Nazarene University, an NCAA Division II program in Nashville, Tennessee. Before starting in college baseball, Coquyt pitched at Timber Creek High School in Orlando, where he broke six school pitching records. He finished his senior season breaking the single season ERA average, most appearances, and most saves. He helped led his team to a state final four appearance during his sophomore campaign.
