Jamie will be starting his fourth season as Westerners Head Coach in 2011 after taking the Westerners within seven outs of securing the 2010 NECBL Championship. With the 2010-2011 season Coach Shevchik enters his tenth year at the helm of the Keystone College Giants baseball program.

In 2010, Keystone entered a new conference with glorious results as Jamie led the Giants to a mark of 40-6 and the team’ s second straight NCAA tournament berth. The Giants advanced to the title game of the Mid-Atlantic Regional. 7 Players signed professional contracts from the 2010 team, 4 players in the major league draft and 3 additional free agent signees.

In 2011, Jamie’ s Giants won the Division III New York Regional Championship with

a 38-12 record and played in the National Division III World Series in Appleton,

Wisconsin. The Giants once again dominated the post-season awards with Keystone

players picking up Player of the Year and Rookie of the Year honors, with coach

Shevchik also capturing his 8th straight Coach of the Year award.

Coach Shevchik currently resides with his wife Maria and daughters Brielle and Giana in Clarks Summit, Pa.
