Fisher began his collegiate career in 2020 at St. Petersburg College, where he made four starts before the season was shutdown. The Winter Garden native logged 15.2 innings of work, and struck out 12 hitters in that time. Fisher was originally committed to Bethune-Cookman coming out of high school at The First Academy. At TFA, which is a former Florida League facility, Fisher was ranked among the top 25 third basemen in the state of Florida's class of 2019.
