Kuklick is in his first year as manager of the North Adams SteepleCats, becoming the ninth manager in team history.

Kuklick just finished his first season as an assistant coach at Shepherd University in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Previously, he served as an assistant coach at Georgia College and State University for two seasons and was part of the Bobcats 2010 Peach Belt Conference championship team. He spent the 2008 season at his alma mater Kutztown University, and had a brief stint at UNC-Wilmington.

Kuklick also has extensive summer league managerial experience. In 2010, he led the Fulton Railroaders of the KIT League to a 2nd-place regular season finish with a 29-15 record and 5 All-Star selections. Kuklick spent the 2009 season at the helm of the Quakertown Blazers of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League and also served as an assistant coach with the Little Falls Minors of the New York Collegiate Baseball League.

Kuklick is a 2005 graduate of Kutztown University where he was the starting catcher from 2002-05. He earned Second Team All-PSAC honors in 2005 and later played professionally in the Can-Am League from 2005-2007.
