Scott Hilinski is a consultant with Insurance Office of America, Florida’s largest privately held insurance agency.   Scott spent his first year with IOA learning from the companies 20 years of industry experience as a Client Service Representative.  It was here that he gained knowledge of the industry from a client’s perspective, which he was able to translate into the successful consulting relationship that he now enjoys with his clients.  His focus is on Employee Benefits.   

Before receiving his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Warner Southern University in 2001, Scott was selected as the Florida Sun Conference Player of the Year, Region IV Player of the Year and was selected to the NAIA 1st team All-American team.  Scott was selected by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 23rd round and enjoyed 3 years in Minor League Baseball, as a short stop.  In 2005 Scott married Rachel, his high school sweetheart and they are now proud parents of two children; Grayson Scott & Sage Grayce Hilinski.  The family currently resides in Orlando, Florida.  

When not hanging out and enjoying time with his family, Scott may be found on the golf course or at the Lake Highland baseball field where he is the assistant varsity baseball coach.  Scott enjoys passing on his experience in baseball, business, and life to the players on the team, hoping to inspire them to grow and experience the professional and personal success that he himself has been blessed with.
