The 6-4 righty out of Marietta, Georgia has become the everyday starter that Tufts University recruited him to be.  Hall is coming off a 2018 season that saw him earn First Team All-NESCAC (New England Small Colleges Athletic Conference) honors for going 5-3 with a career-low 2.88 ERA, career-high 54 strike outs and only 17 walks in 59.1 innings of work on the mound.  Hall has worked at least 50 innings in all three years at Tufts and threw a complete game, 4 hit, 1 run game with seven strike outs against Oswego State in the NCAA Division-III Tournament in 2017.  Hall started contributing the second he took the mound in Medford, Massachusetts, as in his freshman season he went 7-0 with two saves and two complete games to go along with 34 strikeouts compared to only eight walks in 51.0 innings pitched.  He is an extremely versatile athlete and in his high school career at the Hotchkiss School was a member of four separate varsity sports in baseball, basketball, football and wrestling.
