After a successful career in the Premier Baseball League with the Nanaimo Pirates, featuring one Provincial Championship, Coach Moretti joined the Vancouver Island Baseball Institute as a catcher under Coach Blundell in 2005.  Coach Moretti led the Program in RBI’s in ’05 and was also Team Captain that season.  As a result of his successes with V.I.B.I, Coach Moretti signed with the Jamestown College Jimmies in Fall 2005. Coach Moretti has spent the past four years as a coach with V.I.B.I., and was also the Head Coach of Norwest League Sherwood Park A’s in 2008.  Coach Moretti is also involved with the Nanaimo youth players as the Hitting Instructor for the 18U Nanaimo Pirates.  Contact Tyler Moretti at moretti_14@hotmail.com or at 780-721-1302.
