This will be Hladik’s first summer playing with the Pilots. During the school year, he attends Fordham University where he just completed his junior season. After missing all of 2016 with an injury, he returned to make five appearances this spring where he held opponents to a .200 batting average. During his freshman season, he made seven appearances out of the bullpen with five strikeouts. He went to North Warren Regional High School where he was the 2014 Northwest Pitcher of the Year and was first team All-Group II in 2014.
