WHITWORTH: As a JUNIOR (2017)...named Second Team Northwest Conference...Whitworth went 24-17...participated in the NWC Tournament...named to CoSIDA academic all-district list...as a SOPHOMORE (2016)...named NWC Honorable Mention...Whitworth went 30-13 and won the conference...went to the NCAA Regional...hit .583 in the regional tournament and was named to the All-Regional Tournament Team...hit .331 with three home runs and 25 RBI...was selected CoSIDA Academic All-District...as a FRESHMAN (2015)...named NWC Honorable Mention...Whitworth went 28-15 and won the NWC Tournament and went to an NCAA Regional...batted .374 with a .441 OBP for the season...standout game was a six-hit, five-RBI performance against Whitman College...AppleSox head coach Kyle Krustangel was an assistant on the staff at Whitworth that year.

HIGH SCHOOL: 2014 graduate of Kentridge High School (Chargers)...earned three varsity letters in baseball as a pitcher and infielder for coach John Flanigan...was team captain as a senior...Kentridge made the State Tournament in each of his three varsity seasons, as a sophomore, junior, and senior...As a SENIOR...named First Team All-SPSL...Second Team All-State, and participated in the All-State series...Kentridge went 18-10 and reached the State Quarterfinal...as a JUNIOR....named Second Team All-SPSL...team went 21-9 and finished third at State. 

CLUB: Played club baseball with the Puget Sound Shockers for coach Mike Brundage.

PERSONAL: Born Joel Condray at Renton, Wash...father Brad is an accountant...mother Angela...grandfather played semi-professional baseball for the Everett Merchants...enjoys watching sports and talking baseball...holds a 3.95 GPA and has been a CoSIDA academic all-district selection each of the last two years...pursuing a double major in accounting and finance.
