Coach Correa, was an All-state and All-Conference catcher out of St. Louis High School on the island of Oahu, a pre-season Under Armor All-American and went on to play Collegiality at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. In Correa's four years at Pacific, he graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Biochemistry and is on his way to Graduating in the Spring of 2017 with his Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Hawaii Pacific University.

Currently in his 2nd Season with the Hawaii Pacific University Sharks Baseball team under the direction of long time Head Coach and mentor Garett Yukumoto, Correa assists in recruiting and scheduling, and is in charge of strength and conditioning, academics, and the catchers.
