David is in his fifth season as General Manager for the Rattlers. Streeter worked with Rattlers founder Brett Cowdin in 2010 with the Topeka Golden Giants. After Cowdin sold the Giants in 2011, they both took a summer off. Then in 2012 Cowdin and Streeter formed the Rattlers and have enjoyed success each season.

In 2015, the Rattlers won the Mid-Plains League Cowdin Cup.

Streeter is also the Commissioner of the Mid-Plains League.
