The southpaw posted a 1.23 ERA with 18 saves over 38 appearances for the Miners earlier this season. Additionally, he struck out 65 batters over 44 innings of work while walking just 13.

Testa split time in 2014 between the Camden Riversharks and two teams in the American Association (Gary and Sioux Falls), recording a 3.98 ERA over 42 relief appearances.

The Jackson, New Jersey native spent the first three years of his professional career in the Minnesota Twins organization, reaching as high as Double-A New Britain in 2010. He then spent two years with the Washington Nationals organization, reaching Double-A Harrisburg in 2012.

Testa owns a 3.44 ERA over his professional career with 34 saves and 489 strikeouts over 460.1 innings of work.
