Douglas returned for his second stint with the Red Sox in 2014 and will be on the Bench Boss again in 2015. The last stop with the WMBL Sox was during the 2006 and 2007 seasons. He also had Head Coaching experience at the collegiate level with Trinidad State Junior College for 12 seasons and Colorado Christian University for one. Prior to being a college head coach he served as a college assistant with both Hardin-Simmons University and Northern Iowa.
Douglas has also had experience at the independent professional level as a player, coach, and manager including the inaugural season with the Regina Cyclones in 1994. He now resides in Lakewood, Colorado with his wife Keri and two sons, Kade and Seth.
