An 11th round draft pick by the New York Mets in 1994, Kelly begins his first year with the club as a player/coach. He served the same role last season for the Brockton Rox. This will be Kelly's 6th season in the CANAM League as prior to the Tornadoes, he also played for Brockton, New Jersey and North Shore. Kelly reached as high as AAA in 2004 while playing for the Mariners affiliate in Tacoma. |
