Juday is in his fourth season as hitting coach for the Canaries. In 2010 he led the league's most potent offense, guiding it to numerous team and league offensive records. He coached previously at Garden City Community College (KS) and the University of Arizona, where he also played collegiate ball as a teammate of Canaries pitching coach Mike Meyer.

Juday has a reputation for a stellar work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond for his players.

A devoted Detroit Tigers fan, Juday also enjoys golfing and reading. He still resides in his hometown, Tucson, Ariz.
