Former Riversharks player Brett Bonvechio made the jump to coaching in 2013. After being drafted in the 37th round of the 2000 draft by the Boston Red Sox, Bonvechio spent ten seasons playing pro ball. He spent eight seasons playing affiliated ball in Boston’s, San Diego’s, and Chicago White Sox farm systems. He played two and a half seasons with the Riversharks, amassing a .269 average, with 17 home runs and 103 RBIs in 187 games in the Camden uniform. |
