Fresh off earning second-team All-Northeast-10 Conference honors during his first season at Bentley, DeMartinis will return for another go-around with the Navigators. The versatile player hit .318 with a team-leading 11 home runs, 49 RBI and 52 runs scored. He ranked among the top seven in the powerful Division 2 conference in slugging percentage (.637), RBI and runs at the conclusion of the Falcons’ season.

DeMartinis transferred to Bentley from Bryant, where he finished his sophomore year prior to joining the Navs last summer. He was North Shore’s top stolen base threat, swiping nine in 11 attempts while logging four doubles, five RBI and eight runs scored. The native of Boca Raton, Fla., played on a team at American Heritage High School that ranked as high as fourth nationally.
