Pitched for one year at Lamar Community College, seeing action in 20 games with seven starts and 54.0 innings pitched…went 7-2 with three saves…struck out 67 and posted a 3.00 ERA.

Pitched one year for the University of Sioux Falls Cougars.

HIGH SCHOOL 
Graduated from Golden High School (Demons)…was a pitcher, outfielder and first baseman, earning a varsity letter for Head Coach William Brady…was a team captain as a senior…also played quarterback and defensive end for two years on the school’s football team…club experience playing for Davy Jones Baseball in Denver where he won the Nate Journey Award.

PERSONAL 
Father, David, is an oil and gas landman and ran track and field, while playing basketball and football at Dickinson State University…mother, Susan, is a banking customer service manager…older sister, Rachael, played volleyball at Seton Hall and the University of Hawai’I at Hilo…enjoys hunting and fishing…majoring in business administration and finance.
