2016: Enters 15th professional season.  Signed by Southern Maryland on March 7th.

2015: Started the season with Southern Maryland, and went 3-1 with a 1.82 ERA.  Made his season debut on May 22nd and pitched 4.0 innings, not factoring in the decision.  Picked up his first career Atlantic League win on May 28th at Sugar Land, pitching 6.0 innings, allowing five hits and striking out five.  Did not factor in the decision on June 2nd and June 7th.  Threw a season high 7.0 innings against Camden, allowing two runs on six hits, and striking out four on June 12th.  Delivered a solid outing at York on June 18th, picking up the win and throwing 6.2 innings, allowing a run on five hits, and striking out a season high eight hitters.  Had a contract sold to the Mexican League on June 20th.  Went a combined 3-3 with a 5.03 ERA in 8 games pitched and started.  Returned to Southern Maryland on September 1st and made his return start on September 5th at Long Island; went 5.1 innings, allowing three runs, on six hits, suffering the loss.  Did not factor in his final two decisions on September 11th and 16th.  Playoffs: Went 1-1 with a 5.73 ERA.  Pitched a solid 6.0 innings, allowing a run on five hits, and striking out six in game three of the Freedom Division Series against the Lancaster Barnstormers.  

Previous Career: Selected by the Chicago Cubs in the 11th round of the 2000 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft out of the University of Memphis.  Signed by Mark Adair on June 19th, 2000.  Pitched parts of three seasons at the Major League level with the Chicago Cubs and the Baltimore Orioles from 2004-2007.
