Vinny Ganz, a 2010 graduate of Keene State University, joins the Greys as field manager for 2015 following two seasons as the hitting coach for the Normal CornBelters, who led the Frontier League in hitting in 2014. Prior to his time with Normal, Vinny spent time with the London Rippers and Road Warriors, serving as an interim manager and hitting coach for the Road Warriors in 2012. In his brief Frontier League managerial career to this point, Ganz holds a 2-4 record. Vinny has extensive experience in the amateur ranks as well. He served as an assistant on the staff at Post University from 2010 to 2012, helping with a team that ranked near the top of Division II schools in several categories. In the offseason Vinny runs a youth baseball program, Beach Dawg baseball based out of Bradenton, Florida. His partners with Beach Dawg include former Major Leaguers Scott Sauerbeck and Scott Eyre.
