Played in 50 games and made 49 starts (46-RF, 3-DH) during his first year at NSU . . . landed on the All-MIAA First Team . . . earned three all-region second-team accolades (NCBWA, Rawlings/ABCA, Daktronics) . . . led the MIAA and was second in the nation in total home runs (16) . . . finished fourth in the nation in home runs per game (0.32) . . . also finished 14th in the NCAA in slugging percentage (.674), 23rd in runs batted in per game (1.12), 24th in runs batted in (56), and 36th in total bases (116) . . . had four multi-HR contests, including a three-homer game Feb. 24 against Truman State . . . also scored four times against the Bulldogs . . . had at least three RBI in eight games, including a five-RBI contest March 3 against Central Missouri . . . posted 15 multi-hit games and recorded three hits in three games . . . had four-straight multi-hit games from April 6-9 . . . was honored as the MIAA Hitter of the Week on Feb. 26.
