Willy Kesler enters his first season with the ThunderBolts in 2012 after signing with the club on July 30. Kesler comes from the Seattle Mariners system, where he spent two and a half season. His professional career began when he was drafted by the Mariners in the 18th round of the 2010 amateur entry draft out of the University of New Mexico. In three years as a Lobo, Willy went 10-4 with a 4.17 ERA in 23 games (22 starts). Prior to New Mexico, he attended Lamar Community College and Northglenn High School in Colorado.
