Scouting reports have clocked Steve’s fast ball at 92 mph, described his slider as devastating and his changeup as solid. The reports also say that Steve has the potential to develop into a consistent option in late-inning situations. Last year he pitched in seven games out of the pen. He did not allow a run in four of his seven appearances including no hits allowed in three of those games.
