Coach Thamann is entering his first year as head coach of the Joes and his third year coaching overall. He is a 2019 graduate of Miami University and played baseball at Miami Hamilton, where he holds the record for career homeruns. He is a veteran of the Great Lakes League and led the league in individual outfield assists for two seasons. Coach Thamann’s hometown is Mason, Ohio.
