Spring Stats: Clarke has pitched 51.2 innings this year for the Trojans both as a starter and in relief totaling 16 appearences. He has struck out 42 batters compared to only 18 walks and holds a 6.27 ERA.

Personal: Son of Greg and Gaye Lampert; lists the Los Angeles Dodgers and his favorite team and Domingo Ayala as his favorite player. Chris has two brothers, Zander and Zach. Zander plays first base at UCLA and Zach plays shortstop at Claremont-McKenna College. Chris is majoring in Business Administration and says the business school is one of the main reasons he chose USC. Chris played four years of varisty baseball at Newbury Park HS. In 2016 he was named a Rawlings-Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-American and was a California All-Region First Team Selection.
