Second-year bullpen pitcher David Hoar III might have one of the hardest majors out of all Mainer pitchers. Studying chemical engineering at UMass Lowell, the southpaw is yet another bullpen pitcher to join for the summer. Making nine appearances in his sophomore year, the 6’2”, 200 pound lefty uses every pitch in his queue to fool batters.
