Pointstreak Announces Acquisition of STEVA Sports Software Inc.

Toronto, ON - Pointstreak.com Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of STEVA Sports Software Inc. ("STEVA  Sports").  STEVA Sports is a sports video analysis software platform designed to allow coaches to easily analyze, index and store video of games and practices.  The software platform also creates the ability for sports teams and leagues to develop video based scouting and recruiting content, team and league highlight videos as well as training platforms for players, coaches and game officials.   STEVA Sports currently offers video analysis platforms at the professional and amateur level for the sports of hockey, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, football and volleyball.

STEVA Sports will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Pointstreak.com Inc. and the day-to-day operations will continue to be handled by the founders of the company; Ron Mathurin, David Hessand Matt Annis. The combined technology teams will work together to create new and enhanced service platforms including the automation of video indexing through each company's existing software platforms.
