St-Pierre helped Team Canada win Olympic Gold medals in 2002, 2006 and 2010, and taken part in eight World Championships and seven Four Nations Cup tournaments. In 81 international games from 1998-2009, she recorded a 1.19 GAA. She helped the CWHL’s Montréal Stars win the inaugural Clarkson Cup in 2009, and again in 2011 prior to taking a year off to give birth to her son. Having backstopped the McGill Martlets from 1998-2004 and playing one season with the McGill Redmen, she made history by becoming only the second woman goalie to play for a men’s university team. She also covered Carey Price in an NHL practice for the Canadiens.
The infamous number 33 started playing at the age of 8 with her father and two brothers. She is a founder of AthleticHub.com and contributes to several children’s foundations, including Right to Play and Because I am a Girl.
